Based on a restaurant concept popularized in Paris and New York, Dining in the Dark is a CNIB signature event where diners experience a meal without the benefit of sight. Participants eat while wearing blindfolds for a unique sensory experience in which they can explore textures, flavours and aromas in a whole new way.
All proceeds support CNIB vision rehabilitation programs and services that help New Brunswickers who are blind or partially sighted to lead full, active lives.
