Experience:I would rate my experience as 10. Will Venator was excellent! He was the perfect Sale person for someone like me. He wasn’t pushy, he was very knowledgeable and patient and he took the time to explain things. I could tell he was sincere and honest with me. I got the impression that your entire staff also possess the same qualities. They always greeted me when I came in the door and made sure that someone was looking after me. I must also add that your office building is beautiful. I certainly was not expecting it to look like that when I walked through the door!

Future Referrals: Yes! Great place to buy a practically brand new quality vehicle without the brand new vehicle price tag!

We drive by Wheels and Deals all the time and had recently been considering buying a new car. We had been debating whether we should buy new or used. My husband had looked at your Website and seen a Toyota Camry that had low miles and a good price. We drove through your lot a couple of times and talked to Will both times; that is when we found the Maxima. I could also say it had a lot to do with word of mouth as well. Will came to Doaktown for our annual parade and I was talking to my friend’s sister, when his float went by. She told me that she had bought her car from Wheels and Deals just a few months earlier and was really impressed with the service and experience that she had. She said that Wheels and Deals is not like your average used car dealership. She didn’t know that we were thinking about buying a car there but her opinion sure meant a lot!

Shout out to Troy Fasquel-The Troy Man Can, “what a caring and humble guy”, Wheels and Deals, Fredericton, Used Car Deals

I must say I am quite enjoying my new ride, thanks to the Big Troy lol… It’s funny how the whole afternoon kind of unfolded really . I was dropping in to see if Troy was working and see what my options were, not necessarily buying a car on that particular day. To my surprise, I came face to face with him in the parking lot, and the rest of the afternoon unfolded quite nicely. There was no confusion and Troy was extremely helpful and sympathetic to my situation. Business was business, and Troy did what he had to do for me to be able to get the vehicle I wanted.
Due to unforeseen circumstances money was an issue, but Troy went above and beyond my expectations, and made it all happen in a matter of an hour.. honestly, I just sat there, and watched the whole thing unfold… and was kind of speechless to be honest !! I didn’t have any intention on being able to afford a Jeep so really, I never even brought it up, and nor did Troy for that matter, until ….. Troy and I were sitting in his office and he was pondering as to what to show me, ” he had the Jeep in mind but didn’t want to tell me about as he thought it had already been sold ” … all of a sudden, in comes the Jeep through the parking lot and Troy jumps off his chair, it was the funniest thing…. and then he’s gone… he say’s ” I’ll be right back, that’s the truck I wanted ..but I thought it was sold… ” Entertainment at it’s finest !! Needless to say I drove out of the parking lot with a new truck that I didn’t even know I was going to be able to afford… Way to Go Big Troy…. I still laugh to this day when I see him run out of the office, what a guy!!

So a I have Troy a 9, and pretty damn near a 10 on this one. What a caring and humble guy he is… I would most would and do recommend anyone to head on to your store… I had a blast, and plan on going back hopefully in the near future to get a bigger truck !!! hats off to you. and big thank you to Troy. Sure glad I met this guy a few years back on our camping and boating adventures… good luck Troy… I see you are doing well on your daily post on FB…

A customer purchased a vehicle from us recently and shared with us the reason why they chose Wheels and Deals….

Customer: “My neighbor works at a new car dealership up the hill and I was planning on buying a car from him because he is a great guy. I went in to see him about a car and from the moment I walked in and the receptionist greeted me with a bad attitude and then I was passed off to the Business Manager and he was disrespectful, from that moment on I knew I was not buying a car from them even tho my neighbour was great!

Then I came to see Steve at Wheels and Deals and he was helpful and very respectful. Even the receptionist was very happy and smiling when I came in. Everyone at your dealership is very nice and always happy/smiling. I will refer everyone I know to come here!!”
