Radio listeners of eight Bell Media stations in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick showed their support by raising a total of$70,303 during the 5^thAnnual IWK Radiothon on January 31, 2014. Callers from around the Maritimes signed up to become IWK Superstar monthly donors – a group of generous donors who give a least $15 per month.

“We are so grateful to Bell Media stations for sharing inspiring and courageous stories of those cared for at the IWK,” says Jennifer Gillivan, President and CEO, IWK Foundation. “The support we receive from Bell Media, sponsors and our many donors ensures that patients and families will continue to receive the best possible care right here in the Maritimes.”

IWK Radiothons help raise funds for the highest priority needs of the IWK Health Centre. This one-day initiative is broadcasted live on the following stations:
